The officers of Gori police division under Shida Kartli Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of immediate operative-search and investigative activities detained N.B. (DoB 1998) for stealing.
The committed crime envisages from 3 to 5 years of imprisonment.
Investigation established that detainee illegally penetrated one of the shops located in Gori, stole laptop and fled from the place of crime.
Law enforcers managed to detain the offender several hours later after the crime. The stolen laptop was seized by police as evidence.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of stealing, article 177, II part, sub-paragraph “C” of the Criminal Code.
